We focus on empowering our members to make a difference in their own communities. Your generosity helps remove barriers to participation in retreats, conferences, and other events that encourage personal growth and equip our church family to live out their faith in impactful ways.

Frequently Asked Questions
I’ve been using CanadaHelps. Can I still give that way?
For now, yes—you can still use CanadaHelps, but we’re in the process of transitioning to a new giving platform that better supports our needs. We encourage you to begin using our new platform (via the Give Through Nucleus button above) going forward.
Will I receive a tax receipt for my donation?
Yes! Tax receipts are issued annually in February via email. If you have any questions or need a correction, please contact finance@encountercc.ca.
How can I request a tax receipt?
For your tax receipt, please email your full name, email, and mailing address to: finance@encountercc.ca.
What should I do if I need a correction on my tax receipt?
If you notice an error on your tax receipt, please contact finance@encountercc.ca as soon as possible, and we will be happy to assist you.
Can I designate my donation to a specific fund (e.g., missions, benevolence, building fund)?
At this time, all donations go toward our General Fund, which supports the overall ministry and operations of the church.
Can I give if I’m outside of Canada?
Yes! If you're outside of Canada, you can give through CanadaHelps. Please note that CanadaHelps deducts a 4% processing fee from your donation.
